The NDL mission is to provide rapidly built and deployed Modular high quality houses in Nigeria using technology as a competitive advantage to drastically reduce the build / construction time thus reducing the total cost of ownership of houses in Nigeria. These estates will have state of the art infrastructure coupled with security and a family oriented environment. We intend to backward integrate with our suppliers and forward integrate with our customers by providing a totally integrated and managed one stop shop service for potential house buyers.

In achieving this mission, our customers are able to focus on their core competences allowing them the ability to increase earnings. Our customers are also set free from the ‘shackles’ that holdback their ability to own a house by our affiliation with a PMI and financial institutions that will provide them with 3 - 25 year mortgages and insurance firms that will provide Life insurance for the Mortgage. Thus, NDL will create a unique environment that defines new paradigms in the way houses are built and bought through the use of cutting edge technology.
