The  Company  was incorporated  in  Nigeria in  2007  with the  intention  of using innovative  technology  to create  a  new paradigm  within  the property Construction arena.  This dream has  evolved  over years  of  affiliations with  leading  edge organisations  coupled with  research  and development into technologies  and tools  that  are used for  implementing  rapid modular housing  construction.  

It has  since inception been actively  engaged  in the  creation  of state of  the  art estates  as  a  developer. We are   also willing to partner with individuals,  organizations or  state  governments who  own large expanses of land or land with developmental potential. 

Our Estate model provides for ensuite 1, 2, and 3 bedroom flats, 1,2,3,4,5 bedroom duplexes and town houses (backed by authenticated Certificates of Occupancy). 

Our School Hostels consist of Shared accommodation of 2-4 persons per room with shared kitchen facilities.

Our policy is to grow both organically as well as inorganically, through vertical integration and cross-selling of services to achieve the kind of economies of scale that would make our business highly profitable. We have in place partnerships and highly skilled individuals to help the board realize our collective vision.
